The customer success team will contact you within 1-2 working days to set up your doctor profile. You will need the following documents in hand, for this profile creation: 1. PMDC License number 2. NIC 3. Your picture with a white background

Upon your availability our team will contact you to schedule a training session of our AugmentCare platform for you and your receptionist. The receptionist will need to study the manual that we send and pass the AC receptionist quiz prior to the training.

No. AugmentCare has a clinical management system that help you manage your practice better whilst offering a seamless experience to your patients.


Is my data safe?

All AugmentCare servers are hosted within HIPAA-compliant Virtual Private Servers inside Amazon Cloud, with multiple data backups. This means that your data is completely safe and only accessible to you.


Will AugmentCare help me migrate from my existing software?

Yes, certainly. Our customer support team will help in migrating your data from your existing software to AugmentCare.


Will AugmentCare customise the software for me?

Even though we do not sell customised software for individual doctors, our team does add new features continually, based on popular demand.


What about updates? Will I have to purchase the software again?

Once you subscribe to the software, you are automatically entitled to all updates for free.


How much time do I need to invest to get started?

AugmentCare is extremely easy to learn and use. To help our customers, we have tutorial videos alongside articles that will assist you and your staff while learning any feature. In case you need further guidance, our support team will be happy to help.


What about my staff? Will I have to teach them how to use AugmentCare?

No, you don’t have to teach your staff. We are there to help through our training sessions that are aimed at getting your staff certified in using our software. Moreover, they can also reach out to our support team for more assistance and training.


Now that my doctor profile has been made, when will the training session be scheduled?

Once the profile is set up, our support team will book an appointment for the training with you according to your convenience.


How long will the training session last?

It will last no more than an hour.


What will be my renewal price? Will it be same as my purchase price?

Renewal price for a plan will not change. However, if an older plan has been discontinued and your subscription is inactive, then you may have to select from the new plans.


I am not quite sure. Is there a trial version as well?

Yes of course! Once you pay for the subscription fee, you get added onto our 14-day free trial. No money will be charged during this time and once the trial version is completed, only then will the payment be taken out of your credit card.


How long will the trial last?

The trial version will be active for 14 days.


How many features will be accessible on the trial version?

Trial versions will have all the features from the plan you have subscribed to.
